Gorgeous but so short

"I had to have this when I saw it, because I love the color and the embroidery is so unique. And I do love it and totally wanted a cropped tee. But even though I'm short, this is so cropped I can't lift my arms more than half way up without my bra showing. I feel it may have shrunk the first time I washed it, even though I hung it to dry."
