The Buy One Get One 50% Off promotion is only eligible on selected styles listed in Buy One Get One 50% Off collection. The promotion required a code applied at checkout and will deduct 50% off the value of the lowest-priced eligible item. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to availability.

  • Please note:
    Multi-item purchases: If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, 2 for £20, buy one get one 50% off) you will be refunded the full price of the item, minus any discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy offer, then you’ll refunded with the full multi-buy value.

The $25 off your next order leaflet promotion has a minimum spend requirement of $100, is one use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes.

Promotional Terms & Conditions – Free Gift

The Free Gift promotion requires a minimum spend of $130 and applies only to the selected complimentary item displayed in your cart. 

  • If items from the original order are returned and the remaining order value falls below $130, the promotional criteria will no longer be met. In such cases, customers must either:
    • Return the free gift along with your returned items, or
    • Have the value of the free gift deducted from your refund.

The Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion is valid on selected categories only and applies exclusively within the same product category. The offer cannot be combined across different categories.

  • Homeware: Promotion applies to homeware items only, excluding lamps and books. The offer is valid only when all qualifying items are from the Homeware category.
  • Jewelry: Promotion applies to all jewelry items excluding sterling silver styles. The offer is valid only when all qualifying items are from the Jewellery category.
  • Socks & Tights: Promotion applies to all socks and tights. The offer is valid only when all qualifying items are from this category..

Promotional Terms & Conditions – Free Tote Bag Offer

  • This promotion entitles customers to receive a free limited edition tote bag with a spend of $150 or more in a single transaction.
  • To redeem the offer, tote bag must be added to basket and promo code TOTE must be applied at checkout.
  • If items from the original order are returned and the remaining order value falls below $150, the promotional criteria will no longer be met. In such cases, customers must either:
