By completing our 2026 survey you will be entered into a draw to win a £/$/€1000 Disturbia gift card. The winner will be announced after the survey has closed and will be contacted by email. Promotional Terms & Conditions – Mystery Boxes

  • Mystery Boxes contain a surprise selection of Disturbia products. Specific products, styles or colours cannot be guaranteed.
  • Each box contains a selection of women’s products, which may include bestsellers, past-season favourites and selected current styles.
  • The Mystery Box is advertised at a price of £150 GBP, $175 USD and €150 EUR. Equivalent pricing is displayed in local currencies and may vary over time due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
  • The advertised 50%+ saving is calculated against the original/RRP value of the products included and may vary between individual boxes.
  • Mystery Boxes are limited and subject to availability.
  • Due to the surprise nature of the product, individual items cannot be exchanged for alternative styles, colours or sizes.
  • Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering, as sizing cannot be changed after purchase.
  • Mystery Boxes cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or discount codes, unless otherwise stated.

Promotional Terms & Conditions – Free Gift

The Free Gift promotion requires a minimum spend of $130 and applies only to the selected complimentary item displayed in your cart. 

  • If items from the original order are returned and the remaining order value falls below $130, the promotional criteria will no longer be met. In such cases, customers must either:
    • Return the free gift along with your returned items, or
    • Have the value of the free gift deducted from your refund.

The Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion is valid on selected categories only and applies exclusively within the same product category. The offer cannot be combined across different categories.

  • Homeware: Promotion applies to homeware items only, excluding lamps and books. The offer is valid only when all qualifying items are from the Homeware category.
