Adore this dress

"I'm 5'4 and a 14 top 16 bottom. I was ordering this last minute so ordered the 16 to make sure it would fit. I needn't have worried and could have ordered the 14 but it looks great with all my belts so it'll get plenty of wear. The waistband is stretchy and comfortable, and there's so much tulle for the price. The skirt is a little transparent so I wore black shorts. Some of the finishes could be cleaner, but it's still good quality and I can't wait to wear it again."
