"Received this as a gift from family. Love this bag and have received so many compliments, but it’s such a shame that the stitching and piping started coming apart after the first use. The follow up when we raised this with Disturbia was really delayed, meaning they wouldn’t send out a replacement"

Despite shipping times being listed as 3-5 business days, it’s been 3 weeks and the package hasn’t even been brought to a shipping facility. "I have to carry a lot of medical stuff around day to day and usually have an old rucksack I use for hiking as an everyday bag; it’s not a thing of beauty but has function at least! I needed something that is smart enough to use as a handbag, but large enough to keep my essentials in, and this is brilliant! It fits my med box, wallet, a couple of books etc and has space left over. It’s beautiful, and I’ve had several compliments already. It’s sturdy, fastens nicely and is comfortable to use. I can finally relegate my hiking bag to its proper purpose again!"
