Pretty Ring Set

"Cute ring set. I really like how elegant they look. My ring size is an 8 and I ordered the M/L, they fit well. I was a little disappointed that they don't specify the ring sizes when ordering. I also don't really like wearing one of the rings (the thorn one) because its very bulky/thick, making it a bit uncomfortable to wear. The other rings are fine. I'd say its worth the money."

Order didn't arrive

"On Tues 2nd December the Royal Mail tracking stated 'sender has dispatched the item', there have been no updates since and the item, along with another item has not arrived. Nor has there been any further updates to Royal Mail's tracking. I emailed Disturbia who asked if I'd contacted RM. I told them no as my first port of call was to ask the sender, but added that I would try and required they did so too. Disturbia did not reply to that email, or my subsequent one which advised that, according to RM, only the sender can request an investigation to the missing item I called Disturbia yesterday, 16th December, they did but answer and have not replied to my voicemail. I have paid for two items which I did not receive, and it seems I need to find a different Christmas present for my niece. I appreciate that RM not delivering is not Disturbia's fault, but the lack of assistance and suggesting that it's the customer's responsibility to track a missing item is poor"
