"According to the size chart, a 16 will be slightly too small for me, but it usually fits. I sized down to a 14 and it fits perfectly - flowy and full of movement but not too oversized. "I love the pattern on this shirt. It can be worn to work or dressed down and used as casual wear with jeans. I am 5'9" and it is a little on the shorter side. The sleeves are a perfect length, but the body is slightly cropped. I do wish that it were slightly longer."
