"I wanted a beautiful black dress as I knew I had a funeral to attend and I wanted to be comfortable and I am not a white blouse/black skirt type of ‘girl’. I wore it back to front as it was a little more demure for a funeral but it looked equally good either way. The slightly stretchy fabric was pretty and fitted well. The length was perfect and as the weather was unseasonably warm the short sleeves were a bonus! Thank you for a gorgeous ,comfortable design!"

"The material is perfect. I performed on a stage with hot lights and it is a cool/light material that didn't overheat me. The velvety look was so appealing, many of my fellow performers asked if they could feel the dress. People in the audience asked where I purchased the dress. I am very short and curvy. I wore the dress backwards for modesty, but when I go out for other events, I'll show off the girls. I also removed the bottom tier from the dress, as it was way too long for me even with heels/boots."
