"The material is soft and will be great as the seasons begin to cool down. Perfect for Autumn - Spring. The elastic waist band is comfortable. I usually size up in straight sized branding but I think could get away with either the 18 or the 20 (I bought the 20). The pockets are GREAT! I can fit my kindle in the pocket."
