"The first time I ordered this it got "lost". That is to say, I received one item in the bag but it was torn and my dress wasn't there. Customer support was amazing, and I received a replacement very quickly, with no quibbles, after I sent a photo of the package. The dress is so wearable and comfortable, and I even chanced a print for once. It was well worth it."
