Alder Cotton Ivy Detail Midi Skirt

Love it

"Love the quality of these skirts and the matching tops. I have the burgundy butterfly design and the black vine one too. I love mix and matching for an easy outfit. The applique feels good quality and are a prettt but subtle embellishment. The only thing I've noticed is that i ordered the same size as the burgundy one but they definitly fit slightly different. I am usually as size 10-12 in most UK stores. With disturbia I often get a 12 in tops but a 10 in dresses and skirts, depending on the style. With these skirts I both got a 10 but this green one is a comfier fit, feeling slightly larger, than the burgundy."

Classy & simple

"Disturbia's strong points are probably their skirts. This one has a simple yet distinct design. The floral design in front is a nice touch and I appreciate that this is cotton material. Fits at waist more snug but has elastic in back. Good for causal or low key dressier wear. Being a petite height, the skirt is more lonf and comes a good way down my shins. Slit can run a little high depending on how you are sitting."

Love it but…

"I have this skirt in the black design but keep in mind they’re actually different. The black has a tie at the front and elastic around the entire waist whereas this one is just elastic halfway around. I got the 10 in black initially but ran a bit small so I got the 12 in green and annoyingly the green runs large. I should have got 12 in black and 10 in green. They’re both still wearable but laying flat on top of each other the green is at least 2-3 inches bigger which seems like a lot given it’s only 1 size larger. Regardless I still love them both and they get a lot of wear."
