Bad Sizing, worse customer service
"Belt was fine quality, but the sizing is incredibly strange. There's a massive actual size difference between the L/XL and the M/L which can make finding a belt that fits appropriately incredibly difficult. When I reached out to customer service to figure out if this was normal for their sizing or not, all I got was canned responses and the run around instead of someone actually giving me straight answers. The clothes are fine, but considering the price and the quality of service, I won't be shopping here more."

"Good quality belt. Ordered the belt twice in two different sizes — L/XL and M/L. Neither belt fit. The L/XL was way too. large and the M/L was too small. Vert disappointed with the sizing. Returned L/XL, but not the M/L due to high shipping cost."
