"Definitely runs small. I’m usually a size 2-4, athletic but without a six pack, and have a 28inch waist at my belly button. I ordered the S/M and the waist is a tiny tight and they sit just below my belly button and it gives me a mutton too. They have some compression but not tooooo much. I don’t have much going on in the back end so they fit really well there, just the waist feels tight. Quality is fantastic and material is comfortable. Overall pretty happy with them"
