Faulty product
"Arrived with text completely illegible. They tried to get me to return the mug and pay return shipping despite them sending a faulty item. Finally I got in touch with someone who just refunded the money and I did not have to return it. Disappointed that they clearly do not quality check their products if they would ship out something so obviously defective. I have never had to give a bad review so this was really disappointing. I am happy that they refunded me but I had to endure an extensive email train before I finally got connected with someone who could actually help and who wasn’t making me prove every step of the return process (and that I would have to pay for the return) with “screenshots”."
