Hat does not look like the picture online
"The first hat that came to me had no embroidery on the bottom rim. The customer service was fantastic and a new one was sent to me but this time there was only parts of the embroidery present. Again the customer services was really good and another was sent to me but unfortunetly the same issue was still present. I was offered a refund but I really want the hat so will keep it but its just a shame its not as lovely as the picture."

"So when I first received this hat there was no pattern on the bottom rim, the customer service was incredible and I was sent a replacement but unfortunately that too was missing half the bottom embroidery. Again incredible customer service and a replacement was sent but unfortunately it had the same issue. I really want the hat so won't be returning it but not what is pictured. But I can not say enough how happy I was with the responses I received from the company."

"The design is advertised very wrong. It's not on the underside of the brim. . what you do get is the back of the pattern that you see on top of the brim. So what you see underneath is very messy and incomplete design and not something you would want on show. It looks like the model has the hat Inside out for the shot of the pattern that is on the underside of the brim. The design is also not on the front of the hat it is on the side which isn't shown once in these photos. The hat also is not 100% paper."

"I'm deducting a star because the model is actually wearing the hat sideways and not how it was shaped to be worn. The way the crown is shaped, it's uncomfortable to wear it how it's being worn by the model (it's oval/oblong and not a round circle). The embroidery actually goes on the right side of the hat and this will make the hat more comfortable to wear based on how it was shaped as well as it putting the hat tag and adjuster ribbon in the back (which is where those should go). I am disappointed about that deception as I thought it was meant to be worn the way she models it and the embroidery does look cute in the front, rather than on the side. I do feel a bit deceived about that, but overall, the hat is very cute."

"The design can't be worn in the front like the picture because of the shape of the hat and the hat band. The design has to go on the side of the hat otherwise your head doesn't go in it correctly. The pics also make it look like the embroidery is on the underside as well and it's the embroidery from the top showing through."

"Great hat loved the embroidery. But the models it wearing it to the side. If you have a small head you mind get away with it wearing it how the model is. It also has adjustment in the hat so can fit any size head."
