Careful with packing it
"I absolutely love this bag, it looks beautiful and has large capacity. However, one of the hooks ripped off after about a year so I can only use it in the backpack form (not over the shoulder). It's a disappointment but I'm not ready to give it up. So, just be careful not to put anything too heavy in it like textbooks."

Not for work
"I've owned the bag for probably around a year if not a little more and while its a lovely bag it doesn't hold up for everyday work uses. First the inner lining tore from the corners, then the straps started to detach to the point I can see it giving up before month end. I could understand if I was carrying heavy items but I didn't even put a laptop in it. Again it's a lovely bag but deffo not buikt for daily use."

Pretty but poorly made
"Pretty to look at and can fit a laptop, but not very practical as the magnet closures won’t stay fastened and the bag is falling apart after less than a year. First the inner stitching came undone, then the outer seams started completely ripping open, and now one of the straps has torn out of the back of the bag and is barely holding on with a thin scrap of material. Feels like a rip off considering the price as I’ll now have to buy a new bag elsewhere."

Poor quality
"It is really beautiful and fits a lot of stuff in it. Unfortunately, the quality is really poor. After only a couple of uses, the leather on the seams came off, which is okay I guess since it is only an aesthetic issue. Recently, however, one of the straps started to come off by tearing out of the fabric it is attached to. It's not even been a year since I got it and now I am waiting for a new backpack to arrive (not from Disturbia!) and am afraif of the strap tearing completely off while I use it a couple of last times. I tried to get in touch about this issue but until now, I got no answer."

Perfect work backpack
"I’m extremely picky about my bags. I needed a new work bag, just to carry my laptop and a couple of notebooks. I scoured many sites before I remembered Disturbia sells bags. This bag is BEAUTIFUL. It’s extremely well made and durable. The magnetic snaps make it an easy open and shut situation. I get endless compliments - and I work in a super corporate environment."

Love it
"I've used this bag for months and it's worked wonderfully. The design is beautiful, it holds a hell of a lot more than you'd think and its easy to carry. Only issue is there was some fraying on the sides as it got older, but I was using it every day for work quite heavily."

Good look but sadly poor structural quality
"Loved the look, the size and overall feel of the bag at first, but after just 2 months of usage, the strap on it already broke and ripped open the material around it. I had hoped the quality of the bag would be better than that and I am pretty disappointed. Won't buy another bag from Disturbia again."

Pretty but not best quality
"Gorgeous bag. Roomy enough to fit laptop and other bits for work. The only downside is that the straps have frayed quite a bit since i bought it."

Fantastic Satchel For Anyone
"This satchel is perfect for as a disabled person with lots of things to take with me when I go out. It can hold a lot of weight but doesn't cut into my shoulders at all. The design is also lovely - enough to stand out just a bit, but in a very understated way that feels rather elegant. The materials and stitching are excellent quality, and I will definitely be buying more in this style!"

Broken after 6 months
"Beautiful bag, but after 6 months of use, all the edging is coming off, and there’s a massive rip where one of the straps attaches. Very mush a fashion bag, not for daily use"
