Great belt, inconsistent sizing between products

"It's cute and feels well-enough made. I'm shocked at how small the small/medium is; the last disturbia belt I picked up in the same size was far too big for me to even wear soI tried this one instead, but this one I can only wear on the last buckle. Who even has a small enough waist for that? I'm 5'0 105lbs ~27" waist and this belt fits down to a 20" waistline and up to 27. 5". Normally I'm an XS so I find this sizing bizarre."

To be honest, I did expect better

"I only wore this belt a couple of times and one of the rivets fell off and I lost a D ring. To be honest, I'm a little upset about that lack of quality, but I bought new rivets to reattach to the belt without replacing the D ring. Maybe in the future I'll get a new one. Mostly just made me want to make my own belt because it might be more cost efficient."

What is the total length for the L/XL? In the measurements for the belt, it states the m/l and l/xl are both 100cm.
