Lovely bag but the straps are quite long for me

"Beautiful sturdy bag with lots of space and a lovely design. My only issue is the fact that the straps are too long for me even on the shortest setting. I am a size UK 8/10 for reference so if you have a smaller frame be prepared for the straps to be quite long on you! I’m going to DIY this however and make some holes further up in the bag myself, and I’m sure then the straps will fit perfectly. :) I’ve used it a few times for work already and love that it has lots of compartments."

Cute but some issues

"I think the style of the bag is super adorable, but one thing that's really annoying is the magnetic claps. If you're someone who likes to move quickly, you'll be annoyed by trying to get the claps to close. Also a lot of the threads of the stitching are already beginning to fray(I've only had this for about a month). I've cut the fraying off but that was disappointing to see. I just hope this bag holds up in the long run"
