Haven’t Received It

"I know it’s a busy time of year, but the tracking number provided states that OnTrac has still yet to receive the items I ordered from the sender. It’s making me slightly worried because it says that the expected delivery time was December 06th. I try to be patient and not go on the offensive instantly, but receiving a “review” email is salt in the wound. I would very much like to know what the true status of the order is and when to expect it with full transparency."
