"The necklace was broken when it arrived. One of the chains had come out of the ring. I used pliers to close the gap in the ring. I was worried about it breaking so didn't wear it. When I did try to wear it, the fastener clip broke! Beautiful to look at but really poor quality."

"Looks great at first, but the metal oxidises very fast and leaves a black/blue streak around the neck. Very sad since I love the style and the charms themselves. Not recommended if you want to wear it more often than a few short amount of times."

"The necklace itself is super cute, however, it was broken on arrival. Luckily I was able to fix it, although I’ve not yet worn it so I don’t know how it’ll hold up long term… if I wasn’t able to fix it, I would’ve asked for a refund but as I was I’ve kept it and hoping for the best!"
