"Little bits of it were missing glazing and there was a chip on the top part, but it's hardly ever in stock so I just kept it, and so far it's been fine, in some ways if it was perfect I'd probably worry too much about actually using it..!"

"Feeling so sad. This is the most beautiful teapot but it constantly leaks from the lid when pouring my herbal teas. Have tried taking the internal basket out but it doesn’t stop the leak. I do love the design but I am so sad about the leaking so I sadly don’t use it. Such a shame as it wasn’t cheap. Really sad as I waiting months for it to come back into stock too."
