"This shirt is very cute. It’s hard to find a cute tulle skirt and this one is definitely cute and high quality. It’s a little less floofy than the pictures show, it’s also very long , so if you are short like me ( 5”3) it’s probably going to look best with heels. My only other complaint is that for the price I paid for this, it was just shoved in its bag and came very wrinkled, which is frustrating because the wrinkles really show on this skirt and it’s an item that takes a lot of effort to get the wrinkles out of. Still a great skirt though. Waistband is stretchy, should probably get your exact size or size down."
