"I'm 5ft and go these in a 6 they are are a little long. Not a fan of the rough edge but I'll tuck them into boots. It's super high waist and there is some unflattering pouching in the stomach. Sizing down would make the legs too tight. I'm keeping them because the design is so beautiful, I'll make it work."
"Very nice jeans great embroidery. These have stretch. The legs are very tight. I bought a size 20 being a 42 inch waist and they are a bit large on the hips and waist. My hips are 46 inch. I didn't downsize as the legs would have been too tight. They have belt loops so I could use a belt if they get loose. So maybe size down on these. I will definitely wear these a lot over winter. The material is great with stretch for comfort."
"I want to love these. They look great. Unfortunately like a lot of black jeans these days the dye smell on them reeks. Strongly. Repeatedly soaking and washing them hasn’t helped. The stink got on things I washed with them. Going to have to throw them out."
"It's so hard to find actually high-waisted jeans that fit well. Brava! I get compliments on them every time I wear them."
"Really cool embroidery patches on these jeans have a decent amount of stretch but not too much. Only dislike was the frayed ankles which i overlooked in the photos when I bought them. . not quite my style but with boots you don't even see that part so still great."

"Embroidery is a nice touch to add interest. A thick denim good for colder weather. Between sizes and sizing up worked well. Only thing is the waist is very high for me- not for those who like a lower rise. Very pleased overall."
"Loooooove these jeans! The embroidery is beautiful and quality, the fit is true to size and flattering, and the length was good for someone who is barely 5 ft tall :) One thing of note is the high waist is HIGH, but the jeans are so comfortable I don't mind."
"I wish I had sized down in these as they are stretchy, unfortunately I’d taken tags off and was wearing when I realised they were too big and slipping down and going baggy near were the front pockets are. They are lovely and nice quality but I’d defo size down, I’m usually a 14/16 so I should’ve gone 12/14"
"Love the design of these jeans and the material is very soft and has a slight stretch to it! They run a little large, and are somewhere between high waisted and mid-waist. Personally they were a little long for me (5'4"). What the pictures don't show is that the jeans have a frayed edge - not something I tend to go for"
