"This bag is truly beautiful. The pull ties were very hard to use as they fit tight. I have severe arthritis in my hands so to make the drawstring easier i changed it for a hoodie cord. It works perfectly and means i can use the bag rather than it be sat gathering dust. Everyone asks me where i bought the bag. Id say thats excellent recommendation"
"Love love love the bag - both the black velvet and golden embroidery feel very high quality. It comes with two different straps: One long and adjustable strap, and one shorter strap, just as shown in the product pictures. There are metal hoops both on the outside and inside of the bag, so you can choose which ones you can faster the straps to. On the inside of the bag there are two small open pockets (big enough to fit half a cellphone each), and one slightly bigger pocket with a zipper (big enough to fit smaller phones)."
"Nice design on bag… only positive. It has a serious issue with the draw string. Sent it back once and had the same problem again. The drawstring comes our when tightening it, which meant the bag was unusable due to it being open all the time. Also flimsy material. Never used. Very expensive and a waste of money frankly. Avoid! Already wrote one review and not published so. We will see if this one does…. ."
"The bag itself is really beautiful, a lovely design, but the drawstring closure is a nightmare. The first time I used the bag I tried to open and close it but the velvet drawstring makes it so tight to get in and out of that one of the drawstrings disappeared into the drawstring channel and I had a very irritating time feeding it back through. It’s not a good experience having to fix a product the first time you use it."

"Love everything about this bag but , like others have said, the strings that close the bag constantly need adjusting. It’s hard to put into words, (if you have this bag you know). I’ve resorted to tying a knot so the strings just don’t move at all, but then it’s hard to get things out of the purse. That being said, I love the embroidery and it’s a good size with inner pockets."
