"Don't waste your time, shop literally anywhere else. Poor communication. Slow shipping. Low quality product that did not match the size chart. Promised exchanges, but items were returned and refunded against what a CSR said would happen. Sending the wrong items with multiple sets of instructions to return, plus needing to beg a CSR over email to please just send the very expensive items that were paid for! I don't spend $70+ dollars on a duvet to get nothing and have to beg for the correct item to be shipped."
