Never received it

"Would write a better review if I had ever actually received it. Despite shipping times being listed as 3-5 business days, it’s been 3 weeks and the package hasn’t even been brought to a shipping facility. Reached out to customer support and they basically told me, “That sucks lol. ” Might write a better review if I ever actually get the item I spent a not insignificant chunk of change on."
